The spacious studio offered ample space for our family, making it a comfortable stay. However, several items were worn out, including a dirty couch and missing light bulbs, which detracted from the overall experience. The chilly atmosphere was uncomfortable, especially since there was no heater in the room. On a positive note, free parking was a plus, and quick access to public transportation made getting around easy.

The location was ideal, with the Cenisio metro just a short stroll away! The staff went beyond expectations, especially when assisting us with local dining spots. Our one-bedroom apartment was spacious and provided a comfortable living area for our group during our four-night stay.
However, maintenance issues like outdated kitchen appliances and inadequate cleaning stood out during our visit.

The outdated kitchen furniture and poor kitchen equipment were a bit frustrating. not having power outlets in convenient places made cooking a hassle. The bathroom showed clear signs of wear, with shower drainage problems that could be a dealbreaker for some. Linens and blankets raised concerns about cleanliness, as they seemed worn and possibly unwashed. No air conditioning made the stay uncomfortable during warmer nights, especially with heating options that didn’t quite do the trick. The thin walls meant late-night noise from other guests could easily disrupt sleep.

And the location was fantastic! ! Close to the Cenisio metro, super easy to get around Milan. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and beds were comfy enough to rest after a long day of exploring.
